Mr. Dominic Owusu, Director and Head of the Currency Management Department at the Bank of Ghana, has been appointed to the Board of the International Association of Currency Affairs (IACA).

This appointment highlights Ghana’s growing prominence in global currency management and positions the country alongside leading international figures shaping the future of currency affairs.

As a member of the IACA Board, Mr. Owusu will contribute to the development of international currency policies and the advancement of best practices within the industry. His appointment also enhances Ghana’s reputation as a key player in the global currency landscape.

Mr. Owusu joins an esteemed board that includes newly elected Eric Boissonnas, CEO of Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions, who is also newly elected, and the re-election of Tim Driscoll, CTO of Authentix, and Wolfram Seidemann, CEO of Giesecke+Devrient.
