Euro Pratik Sales is planning to raise Rs 451.32 crore via the IPO. This will be entirely offer-for-sale (OFS). Promoters are offloading around 1.83 crore equity shares, with no fresh issue component.

After the three-day subscription window and allotment process thereafter, the IPO will list on the BSE and NSE, tentatively on September 23.

Investors should note that the price band has been fixed between Rs 235 -247 per share, and a retail investor needs to invest a minimum of Rs 14,820 at the upper price band to apply for one lot of 60 shares.

Ahead of the public subscription, Euro Pratik Sales raised Rs 134.97 crore from anchor investors. Over 54.64 lakh equity shares were allotted at Rs 247 per share.

Looking at the financial performance of the company, in FY25, the revenue from operations of the company jumped 28% to Rs 284.23 crore, up from Rs 222 crore in FY24. Net profit also rose 21.5%, reaching Rs 76.44 crore compared to Rs 63 crore the previous fiscal.

So far, the grey market premium (GMP) indicates a flat trend. Shares are trading around Rs 247, the upper end of the price band, suggesting limited listing gains at this stage.

However, it is also important for investors to remember that GMP is an unofficial indicator and may fluctuate based on market sentiment.
