Foreign currency exchange rates fixed for today « Khabarhub

KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign currency exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 150.88, while the selling rate is Rs 151.48.

Similarly, the buying rate for one European euro has been fixed at Rs 175.29 and the selling rate at Rs 175.99. The buying rate for one UK pound sterling is Rs 204.04, while the selling rate is Rs 204.85. Likewise, the buying rate for one Swiss franc is Rs 186.38 and the selling rate is Rs 187.12.

The central bank has fixed the buying rate for one Australian dollar at Rs 108.63 and the selling rate at Rs 109.07. The buying rate for one Canadian dollar is Rs 109.31 and the selling rate is Rs 109.74, while the buying rate for one Singapore dollar is Rs 119.02 and the selling rate is Rs 119.50.

For the Japanese yen, the buying rate for 10 yen has been fixed at Rs 9.64 and the selling rate at Rs 9.68. The buying rate for one Chinese yuan is Rs 22.48 and the selling rate is Rs 22.57. Similarly, the buying rate for one Saudi Arabian riyal is Rs 40.18 and the selling rate is Rs 40.34, while the buying rate for one Qatari riyal is Rs 41.39 and the selling rate is Rs 41.56.

According to Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is Rs 4.58 and the selling rate is Rs 4.60. The buying rate for one UAE dirham is Rs 41.08 and the selling rate is Rs 41.24. The buying rate for one Malaysian ringgit is Rs 37.30 and the selling rate is Rs 37.45. Similarly, the buying rate for one South Korean won is Rs 11.16 and the selling rate is Rs 11.21. The buying rate for one Swedish krona is Rs 15.78 and the selling rate is Rs 15.85, while the buying rate for one Danish krone is Rs 23.45 and the selling rate is Rs 23.54.

The central bank has fixed the buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.24 and the selling rate at Rs 19.32. The buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar is Rs 491.47 and the selling rate is Rs 493.42. Similarly, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is Rs 400.19 and the selling rate is Rs 401.78, while the buying rate for one Omani rial is Rs 391.89 and the selling rate is Rs 393.45.

The buying and selling rates for 100 Indian rupees have both been fixed at Rs 160. Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time if necessary. The exchange rates offered by commercial banks may differ from the rates fixed by the central bank, and the latest rates can be obtained from Nepal Rastra Bank’s official website.
