Albania sells 106 mln euro worth of T-bills

April 16 (SeeNews) – Albania’s finance ministry sold 10.7 billion leks ($112.6 million/106 million euro) worth of Treasury bills at two auctions held on Tuesday, data by the country’s central bank shows.

The ministry sold 9.7 billion leks worth of one-year treasury bills that will mature on April 17, 2025, the data shows. Some 4 billion leks worth of the offer was reserved for the central bank.

The ministry also sold 1 billion leks worth of three-month Treasury bills with a maturity date of July 18, 2024.
